Every LazShades product is made specifically for your order. From confirmation and custom production to testing, packing, and air delivery, we keep the process simple and transparent.

Order Confirmation

Your order begins once payment is successfully completed.

After you place your order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

Please review your order details carefully.

We recommend checking your dimensions, mount type, fabric, color, control type, motor option, and other selected specifications as soon as you receive your confirmation email.

24-Hour Confirmation Window

If you do not contact LazShades with questions or changes within 24 hours after placing your order, your order will automatically enter production.

Because our products are custom-made, changes may become difficult or impossible once production has started. If you notice anything that needs to be corrected, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@lazshades.com.

Production Time

Each shade is produced according to your custom order.

Production time varies depending on the product type, customization requirements, and motorization options.

Standard Shades

2–3 Business Days

Most standard manual shades are cut, assembled, inspected, and prepared for packing within this timeframe.

Motorized Shades

3–5 Business Days

Motorized products require additional assembly, electrical checks, motor setup, and system testing.

Motorized Orders: Additional Testing

Motorized shades may require an additional 1–2 business days for remote controller pairing, motor setup, function checks, and full system testing before shipment.

Packaging & Shipping

Once production and testing are complete, your order moves to shipping.

After production, your order enters the packing and shipping stage. Products are securely packaged to help protect the shades, rails, motors, remotes, brackets, and other components during transit.

Carrier UPS / DHL

Air shipping directly to your delivery address.

Transit Time 5–7 Business Days

Actual transit time depends on your location.

Delivery Door-to-Door

The carrier delivers your package directly to your address.

Holiday Delays

During major holidays, peak shipping seasons, severe weather, or carrier congestion, delivery may require approximately 2–3 additional business days.

Order Taking Longer Than Expected?

Please contact us if your order is significantly delayed.

If your order has exceeded the normal production or shipping timeframe by several business days, there may be an exceptional issue that requires our team to check manually.

Possible reasons can include temporary material or component shortages, production exceptions, carrier delays, package routing problems, or a shipment that may have been lost in transit.

In these situations, please email orders@lazshades.com with your order number. We can check the current status, follow up with production or the carrier, and help move the order forward.
