Designed to reduce unwanted light gaps around your shades, our flexible silicone light blocking strips offer stronger coverage, easier installation, and better durability than traditional rigid PVC light blockers.
Our light blocking strips are made from flexible pure silicone, allowing them to bend and fold easily. Unlike rigid PVC light blockers, which can be more prone to cracking or breaking during transportation, silicone provides greater flexibility and durability.
Thanks to the flexible material, the light blocker can be installed wherever additional light control is needed — along the left side, right side, top, or bottom of the window. It can also be secured near the top together with the mounting brackets to help reduce light gaps even further.
Genuine 3M adhesive is pre-applied at the factory, so there is no need to align or reapply adhesive tape yourself. Machine application helps keep the adhesive straight, smooth, and securely attached to the silicone strip.
The strip includes a wide light-blocking section designed to cover larger gaps around the shade. The increased coverage helps reduce incoming light more effectively compared with narrower light-blocking strips.
